Today I’m sharing 5 or my favourite high protein healthy breakfasts. I always start my day with a nutritious breakfast, it gives me the fuel to get through my busy schedule and I hope this inspires you to make healthy choices daily or gives you some new ideas to add to your nutrition plan.

Good morning everyone today I’m going to share with you five of my favorite breakfasts that help me build muscle and stay in shape they’re all pretty high protein breakfasts they’re packed full of Whole Foods and most importantly they taste delicious that’s the most important part you have to enjoy what

You’re eating because if you don’t like it you’re not going to stick to it and if you can’t stick to something you’re not going to achieve your goals being able to stay consistent with your nutrition plan is key to getting results and being able to maintain this long

Term now I do eat other things for breakfast as well however I find that these five things that I’m going to show you seem to be the things that I alternate between 99% of the time last of all they’re all very easy to make you

Can make them all in under 10 minutes so if you’ve got a busy schedule this is perfect for you first up are the OE protein pancakes to a blender add half a cup of oats one small egg 1/3 of a banana 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking

Powder 1 teaspoon of sweetener 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 of a cup of plant milk milk I use sugar-free maple syrup but you could use honey date syrup or regular maple syrup blend Well add a drop of oil to the pan I like to use extra virgin olive Oil when you see it starting to Bubble it’s time to flip them I usually always serve it with 1/4 of a cup of defrosted blueberries and today I’m using a spoonful of cottage cheese sprinkle with some shredded coconut and top it off with a good drizzle of honey if you don’t want the extra sugar it’s perfectly sweet enough with the

Berries all right next up is fried eggs with Kim I often choose a lower carb bread packed full of seeds and Grains add a drop of oil to the pan just enough so the eggs don’t stick carefully crack two eggs into the Pan Once it’s on a high Heat you don’t have to flip them I don’t think many people do but I don’t like the gooey whites on top that don’t get cooked properly once I flipped I’ll leave them on for only about 10 seconds longer before removing them from the heat I like a vegan but battery spread

Otherwise it’s too dry sometimes I’ll use a little mayo instead add a tablespoon of kimchi I’m loving kimchi at the moment and it’s great for your gut health with the probiotics sprinkle with some chili flakes and I sometimes like to add a drizzle of sriracha on top okay next is my favorite vanilla

Protein oatmeal add half a cup of rolled oats to a pot along with about half a cup of plant milk and half a cup of water I also add a Sprinkle of Himalayan salt cook a few minutes until creamy but not not thick because the protein powder

You’re going to add is going to really thicken it up I add slightly less than a full scoop of vanilla plant protein powder and mix Well transfer it to a bowl today I’m topping it with frozen strawberries and mango two of my favorite fruits add a generous tablespoon of natural Greek yogurt two crushed walnuts and a drizzle of sugar-free maple Syrup next one is basic tomato on toast with cottage cheese and avocado this is a favorite of mine especially in summer I’m using low carb bread with seeds and Grains slice two mediumsized Tomatoes spread toast with dejon mustard on one slice I add almost half an avocado in the other slice I’m adding a generous tablespoon of cottage cheese sprinkle with chili flakes dried dough and salt and pepper I also like to top it with dried seaweed if I happen to have

Some okay last one and this is the quickest of the lot add 3 tablespoons of natural Greek yogurt to a bowl top with 3/4 of a cup frosen blueberries and some tinned pineapple chunks 1 teaspoon of peanut butter two crushed walnuts or any nuts you like sprinkle with cheia seeds and drizzle with Honey there you go guys they are five of my favorite breakfast I eat these 90% of the time I just alternate depending on what I feel like that day now it’s important for me that I do eat highly nutritious breakfasts and I like them to be high in protein I’m a very active

Person I do a lot of working out I do it for not only a lifestyle but it’s my job as well so that it’s very important that I’m getting enough nutrients in my diet on a daily basis I like to keep it simple I like to keep it easy just make

It nice and quick these five breakfast here are perfect for that before I go feel free to change them up however you like obviously you do not need to keep it the same as that I change up the fruits I’m having I don’t always have Greek yogurt sometimes I’ll have peanut

Butter or cottage cheese just experiment with things that’s important and eating what you like to eat not what someone else likes to eat all right guys thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed that and we’ll see you next time
