How to make roti at home with Makki Ka Atta and Mooli – Mooli aur makki ka Doda – #shortsrecipe



MOOLI AUR MAKKI KA DODA

When combined to make roti, these two ingredients create a flavorful and nutritious roti that is perfect for dipping into curd or white makkhan or enjoying on its own. Plus, the unique flavors of mooli and makki atta bring a delightful twist to your usual roti routine.
Recipe –
– Shred 1 medium size mooli (radish)
– Add some coriander leaves 🍃
– Add 2-3 chopped green chillies
– Add 1 tsp Dhania powder, 1/2 tsp Haldi powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Mirchi 🌶️ powder
– A pinch of asafoetida & 1/2 tsp ajwain
– Salt
– Mix everything
– Add 1 cup Makki ka atta
– Now bind the atta with lukewarm water 💧 to make nice and soft dough
– Cut the portions as required & spread it over a wet cloth
– Thickness should be like a normal paratha
– Gently put the paratha on the Tawa and cook with Ghee till you get nice golden color on both the sides
– Enjoy this mooli aur makki ke atte ka Doda with white butter – highly recommended
