Aval kozhukattai

1 Cup thick aval
1 /2 Cup Grated coconut
Salt per taste
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Broken Urad Dal
4 chopped green chilli
1 sprig Curry leaves
¼ cup coriander leaves finely chopped

Method :
Wash and soak the aval in sufficient water for a 15mins and then drain .
Add oil, mustard seeds, broken urad dal, in a pot and heat up the pot on highest heat until roasting window, open the lid and add chopped chillies, curry leaves and coconut fry for a minute.
Now, add the tempering to the soaked aval and mix well and add in chopped coriander leaves and make small sized balls,
Place the balls in the combi sieve unit and place it on the pot. Close it with Easy Quick. Set Audiotherm at steam window with Approx. 10 minutes time. Heat up on highest until steam window, reduce the heat and continue to cook till done.
Serve hot with tomato thokku or any spicy chutney.
