Ingredients:
100 g almonds, 30g cube yeast, 200 g whole spelt flour, 300 g spelt flour type 630, 50 g linseed,
10g salt, 2 tbsp. apple vinegar.
Coarsely chop almonds in a food processor. Dissolve yeast in 500 ml warm water. Mix almonds, flour and linseed. Add salt, vinegar and yeast with water and knead into a uniform but quite liquid dough.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons oatmeal.
Butter a loaf pan (26 cm) and spread half of the oatmeal in it. Pour in the dough, add the rest of the oat flakes and place the loaf pan in a warm oven. Set the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat and bake the bread for about 60 minutes.
