Good morning you guys today we are going to be doing a what I eaten a day but I’m late to the gym so first things first we’re going to have a banana and then we’re going to make a real breakfast you’re looking solid Yeah might be out of it Me uh that’s okay thank you I haven’t even had coffee yet and it’s throwing me off but for breakfast we are going to be making this viral breakfast sandwich that I saw on Tik Tok it’s from Joe and the juice and it’s called ocado oh that’s really good it’s
Basically an egg salad sandwich some avocado some spinach some Tomatoes it looked amazing so I went to Ry goods and bought some English muffins going for the big one here okay then for my coffee I just do a splash of coconut milk I use this for
The Cherry chia pudding and I have some left over hit it with some whole milk for a creamy mouthful can’t believe I started my day with coffee so late usually it’s the first thing I was kind of off since the time change let’s just say it’s been hard for me to adjust
Workout was really hard so I’m actually really hungry the egg is cooking I’m just going to toast up the English muffin on a cast iron here and then we should be ready to assemble it’s pretty easy it looks like okay now I’m going to shock the eggs in ice cold water I like
