Have these little um crab cakes salmon crab cakes um these are from the store but they are so convenient and they’re so good I’m going to have all three of those this is going to be my protein my healthy fats um some protein carbs and entos and my micros in the Salad All right there she is I’m not going to lie guys having like easy to throw together ingredients for a bowl is the way you survive lunch in my opinion pre-made lentils from feder Joe’s which you can always you know batch make them yourself I just haven’t had the chance
