INGREDIENTS:

3 overripe bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) maple syrup
3 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
*optional* walnuts for topping

COOKING STEPS:

Preheat an oven to 350F (180C)
Mash 3 bananas in a bowl
Add 3 eggs into a bowl and add 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) maple syrup
Whisk together to combine
Add 2 cups almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
2 teaspoons really makes a difference, the cake will be perfectly fluffy (much better than with 1 tsp)
Mix ingredients together very well with a spoon or spatula
Line the form with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared form.
If you wish, use walnuts for topping
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the form for 5 minutes
