Hello everyone and welcome back I have compiled some good pasta recipes for you all that you must try at home these recipes are also kid-friendly and can be a wholesome meal for the family so let’s begin first up is my favorite the spinach mushroom pasta because it is
Fairly simple and brings some great Italian flavors because of the mushrooms and garlic so start by mincing a lot of garlic just like garlic fine chopped one onion as well I will also boil some water to boil the the pasta as the water heats up add pasta and 1 teaspoon salt
And let the pasta cook as per packet instruction or till 80% cooked now is the time to chop our veggies wash and clean the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into thick slices next I’ll take some spinach and wash it properly I’ll start cooking the pasta while the
Spinach is sitting in the water in the Karai add 1 t teaspoon butter and around 2 tpoon olive oil to prevent the butter from burning as the butter starts bubbling add the chopped garlic and onion and saute it for 1 Minute after a minute add sliced mushrooms and saute till mushroom gets tender I’ll add some salt and pepper and mix it well cutting mushrooms into thicker slices will avoid it from getting mushy while we are cooking It chop the spinach and add to the Karai I am making mushroom spinach but if you don’t eat mushrooms you can always replace it with corns as that also tastes amazing cook the spinach for 3 to 4 minutes and as soon as the mushroom and spinach releases its water add the pasta seasoning
Next add the boiled pasta and to make the sauce creamy add milk or half2 cup of cream and water mix since we had cooked the pasta 80% the remaining pasta will be cooked with milk and this will also thicken the gravy gradually making the pasta nice and Saucy add salt to

I’ll drain the water and add the pasta into the veggie mix now add around 2 cups of milk or 1 cup of cream mixed with water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes the pasta is ready but now I’ll prepare the dish for baking this pasta I
Will line the dish with two slices of bread and I’ll cut the edges of the bread but we will save these edges use later now with the rolling pin I’ll press the bread a bit once ready I line my baking tray with the bread slices this will help in
Absorbing any extra moisture in the pasta and nothing will stick at the bottom now we will mash the edges with some butter and keep it aside as this will make the top layer of our pasta now top the bread slices with the pasta and add a layer of grated cheese on the
