Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup oats
– 1 cup milk (almond milk can be used as a substitute)
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup sugar (honey or syrup can be used as alternatives)
– Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in the oats, milk, egg, and sugar (or honey/syrup) and mix until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Allow the banana oat bread to cool slightly in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
