260 milliliters of warm water
2 teaspoons of dry instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix well.
Sift 360 grams of all-purpose flour.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 1 hour.
1 hour later.
Sprinkle with rye flour.
