Ingredients for Oatmeal Bread recipe
2 eggs.
250g of yogurt 5 oz.
1 teaspoon salt.
320 grams of rolled oats.
Grind in a blender.
1 tbsp of baking powder
Add any nuts and seeds to taste.
I have a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven preheated to 180C 360F for 25-30 minutes
