Ingredients:

Tofu / soya paneer – 200 gms
Turmeric Powder –
Chilli coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
curd – 2.5 tbsp
salt to taste

Oil – 3 tsp
Onion – 1
Capsicum -1
carrot – 1
pepper – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

Green chutney:
Mint – handful
Coriander leaves – handful
green chilli – 1
ginger garlic paste
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
curd – 2 tsp (salt mixed to taste)
