Ingredients
For Sprouts Salad –
✨ Green Moong Bean Sprouts 1 1/2 cup
✨ Tomato 1 chopped
✨ Cucumber 1/2 chopped
✨ Onion 1/2 chopped
✨ Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup chopped
✨ Green Chilli (chopped) to taste (optional)
✨ Lemon Juice 1-2 tablespoons
✨ Chaat Masala to taste
✨ Salt to taste
✨ Amchoor Powder to taste (optional)
For Pan-fried Paneer –
✨ Paneer Cubes 150g
✨ Pounded Ginger and Garlic 1 tablespoon
✨ Salt to taste
✨ Black Pepper Powder to taste
✨ Cooking Oil 1-2 tablespoons
Method
1️⃣ Boil the Green Moong Sprouts in a pressure cooker (for 1-2 whistles) or in a pan with water until soft. Drain the water.
2️⃣ Take a mixing bowl and combine all the sprout salad ingredients mentioned above well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if required.
3️⃣ Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add the pounded ginger and garlic, stir and then add the paneer cubes. Give a mix and then add salt and pepper and mix again. Fry till the Paneer cubes are golden.
4️⃣ Serve the Sprout Salad with Pan-roasted Paneer on the side and enjoy.
