Why is buckwheat flour healthier?
A great alternative is buckwheat flour, which offers much more fiber, vitamins and minerals, ideal for gluten-free recipes. Buckwheat contains a decent amount of plant compounds with antioxidant properties which may help support heart health and reduce blood sugar. Green buckwheat flour from light buckwheat, has a lighter color, that’s why the pancakes are not dark!

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp Parsley
2 green onions
5 eggs
1/3 cup buckwheat flour (113 g)
1/3 cup almond milk or your favorite
1/3 cup yogurt 2% fat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
