N Everyone welcome welcome back to my channel so it’s going to be another what I eating a day um I’ve just just had breakfast which was these scrambled eggs and waffles with uh some ketchup I’m loving having egg whites mixed with an egg it’s really low in calorie high in

Protein so that is just I could go to and my coffee of course so before we get into today’s video I’m just going to uh quickly go through some updates so my calorie gold has actually slightly changed my protein intake and fiber gold is slight change as well I’ll pop it

Doing the past couple of months and I’ve decided to up my calories so the calories are now 2,100 which I know actually seems crazy um I’ve been on these calories for just one week at this point it’s literally Monday today when I’m recording this and I’ve lost a pound

And technically to being like a healthy calor deficit you want to be losing a pound a week or maybe like a 1.5 Max but really like a pound a week which is what I’m going for so honestly happy with it these are the calories that I’m going to

To have a jacket potato with tuna instead of mayo I’m going to have Greek YT with it it’s like you still get the creaminess which lowering calories higher in protein like sometimes add a little bit of mayo but mostly Greek yogurt so I’ve just weighed out my

Always have like a liter and a half of water out which I get through every day um this is like my goal and also I walk the dogs every single day after work because I will not get my steps in now that I sit at a desk all day by the time

I start work at like night I’ve probably done like 1,500 1,800 steps and it’s just it’s hard to get them in when you work from home I do see the struggle but if I walk the dogs you know by time and po around the house and

Stuff I can usually get around like 9 10K steps uh but anyway as it’s Monday it’s a workout day today so I train three days a week so Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays uh but Saturday mornings I have a workout class so I do love that

So it’s like cardio so I do two white training days at home like in My Little Home dream section and then I’ll do like full body workout at my class on a Saturday morning so I’m in like a good routine now so I started this job at like the end of January

Literally the very last day of January I think it was so it has took me like a couple of months to just get into the swing of things and obviously now the calories are different which I’m fully enjoying these calories um if you don’t follow me on Tik toac you should go
