INGREDIENTS
1 cup flax meal (linseed meal)
1.5 cups arrowroot flour
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 Tbs olive oil
1 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup dried or fresh chopped rosemary
4 tsp fresh GF baking powder
2 Tbs lemon juice
Cracked pepper to taste

-Mix all ingredients well
-Spread into greased loaf pan
-Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes

15 minutes to prepare and 30-35 minutes to bake.
