Ingredients:
– 2 cups atta (whole wheat flour)
– 1 tbsp yeast
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 small carrot, diced
– 2 tbsp capsicum, diced
– 2 tbsp beans, chopped
– Handful of chopped coriander leaves
– 1 tsp olive oil (for dough)
– 1 tsp olive oil (for filling)
– 1 chopped onion
– 1 carrot, chopped
– 2 tbsp cabbage, chopped
– 1 tbsp capsicum, chopped
– Black pepper, to taste
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 2 boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine atta, yeast, brown sugar, salt, diced carrot, diced capsicum, chopped beans, and chopped coriander leaves. Knead the mixture into a dough.
2. Add 1 tsp olive oil to the dough and knead again until well incorporated. Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
3. In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and soy sauce until vegetables are tender.
4. Add chopped boiled eggs to the pan and mix well with the sautéed vegetables. Remove from heat.
5. After 1 hour, knead the risen dough again and divide it into small balls.
6. Flatten each ball and fill with the prepared vegetable and egg mixture.
7. Grease a steamer basket with oil and place the filled balls in it, leaving some space between each ball.
8. Steam the stuffed buns for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
9. Once cooked, remove the stuffed buns from the steamer and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious homemade stuffed steamed buns!
