Hey everyone, welcome back to our channel! Today, I’m thrilled to share with you an amazing recipe for a healthy and delicious veggie stir fry. It’s packed with nutrient-rich ingredients and bursting with flavor. Let’s get started!

First, heat up a pan and add a drizzle of oil. Then, toss in some chopped cottage cheese followed by zucchini, beans, pumpkin, carrots, and broccoli. Stir everything together until the cottage cheese turns a beautiful golden brown.

Next, add in some chopped Brussels sprouts, corn, and fresh capsicum. In another pan, heat up some oil and add chopped garlic and boiled edamame. Once they’re sizzling, add in our veggie mix and stir everything together.

Now, it’s time to season our stir fry. Add salt, red chili powder, mixed herbs, oregano, chili flakes, and sesame seeds for that extra flavor kick.
