She starts her morning with a glass of Lemon Water and a handful of Almonds. Her breakfast around 10:00-11:00am includes 2 idlis & Sambhar, followed by a refreshing ABC juice, giving her a good balance to kick-start her day. Around mid-morning, she keeps herself hydrated and content with some watery fruits. Come lunchtime at 2:00-3:00pm, she enjoys Paneer Capsicum Sabzi with 1 Roti and a Mixed Salad, along with buttermilk, a yummy combo that keeps her going. To beat those evening hunger pangs, she snacks on Makhana & Tea. For dinner at 9:00pm, she has Chana Dal Pulao, wrapping up her day with a tasty and filling dish. Before she hits the hay, she sips on some Fennel Seed Water to aid digestion and ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. 💪💚
