Ingredients:
– 1 cup oat flakes (grinded)
– 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
– 3 tablespoons curd
– 1 cup water (divided)
– 2 tablespoons chopped carrot
– 2 tablespoons chopped beans
– 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
– 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (plus extra for topping)
– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
– Chopped green chili (for topping)
– Chopped coriander leaves (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Grind 1 cup of oat flakes until they become a fine powder. Transfer the ground oats to a bowl.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 tablespoons of curd to the bowl.
3. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the bowl and mix everything well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, if the batter seems a little hard, add the remaining 1/2 cup of water and mix again.
5. Add the chopped carrot, beans, onion, tomatoes, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and baking powder to the batter. Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
6. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil.
7. Pour the batter onto the pan in a pancake shape. Sprinkle some red chili powder on top, and add slices of tomatoes, chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves as toppings.
8. Cover the pan and let the pancake cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
9. After 5 minutes, pour oil all over the pancake and carefully flip it.
10. Let the pancake cook on the other side until it turns golden brown.
11. Once cooked, transfer the pancake to a serving plate.
12. Your pancake is now ready to be served. Enjoy!

Note: Adjust the seasoning and spices according to your taste preferences.
