Lemon or vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice or vinegar, bothe are good for this healthy salad..
Mustard, which gives some stable flavor and helps to all of the flavors. I use garlic mayonnaise in this dressing. Finally we use salt and freshly cracked pepper for dressing.

I used one medium sized carrot, one red apple, 3/4 onion dices, part of a bell pepper.

For Dressing

1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp crushed mustard seeds, home made mayonnaise make with one egg white and 3 garlic gloves, lastly added salt for taste and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. And I garnished this salad with splendid mint leaves.
