There are times when I want to put together a very quick yet healthy, bready something to feed my kids. The school has a nut-free policy, so these are handy! These 2-ingredient Sweet Potato Rolls are the simplest dinner rolls I’ve ever made. They are perfect to serve as a side to a soup or salad or to make a small sandwich or slider for my kids lunchbox. They have the same texture as classic bread and taste the same, with a hint of sweet potatoes (obviously).
My tips : play with falvors and add a pinch of your favorite dried spices or herbs like garlic powder, oregano, thyme, or turmeric. You can also add seeds on top to add healthy fat and a crunch – I tried sunflower seeds, hemp seeds for proteins, or sesame seeds. Enjoy, XOXO Carine
