Grocery List:
-1 bag frozen edamame
-3 bananas
-1 lb asparagus
-2 yellow squash
-2 red peppers
-2 green peppers
-3 packs tofu
-1 lb rice
-1 lb oatmeal
-3/4 lb walnuts
-4 carrots
-1 sweet potato
-6 pitas
-1 jar pesto
Meals:
Oat smoothie (or overnight oats) (Makes 3 meals)
-1 cup oats
-1 banana
-3 tbsp walnuts
*cover with water, place in fridge overnight than blend until smooth!
Pita pizza: (makes 6 meals)
-pita
-pesto
-roasted veggies
-roasted tofu
Sushi bowl: (makes 4 meals)
-roasted tofu
-shredded carrots
-1 cup rice
-sweet potato
-1 cup edamame
