Add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon to the oil and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Next, add chopped onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown.

Now, add chopped vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and peas.

Let the vegetables cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.

Add cooked soya chunks and mix well.

Then, add soaked brown rice and mix everything together.

Pour in water, add salt, and let the mixture come to a boil.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the pulao cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
