200 gm Moong Dal
3 tbsp Curd
4 tbsp Suji ( Semolina)
1 Capsicum
1 Carrot
Some fresh Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt
2 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger piece
1 Sachet Echo
Oil for greasing Idli stand

For Chutney
1/2 fresh Coconut
1/2 Raw Mango
1 handful Mint leaves
1 handful Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt
2 green Chilies
1 inch Ginger piece
Little Water
