She started her day with lemon water and almonds, then had a tasty Gobhi Parantha for breakfast.
Lunch was a Mixed Salad and Palak Paneer Rice.
In the evening, she enjoyed coffee and makhana.

To make the coffee, soak 5-6 almonds overnight, peel them, and blend them with 2 dates, a little coffee, and half a cup of water. She also did a one-hour workout and had protein powder.

For dinner, she had chili soya chunks with veggies, and before bed, she had fennel seed water.
