If you’re looking for a healthy and easy-to-prepare option for your weight-loss lunch or dinner, zucchini omelette is the perfect solution.
► Ingredients
2 Potatoes
1 Zucchini
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
2 Egg
Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
★Directions
cut the potatoes to small pieces and boil them in water for 10 minutes.
Then cut the zucchinis and peppers.
Add some olive oil to the pan.

Add salt
After 5minutes,add eggs
Let’s put the lid on the pan and wait until the eggs are cooked a little (I think it would be better if the egg yolk is not cooked too much)
We add some chopped parsley on it.

Now our meal is ready we put it on a serving plate and enjoy your meal.😋
