The Perfect High Protein Desserts (3 Ways)

Protein Strawberry Shorty Cake:
Dry
– 2 cups oat flour
– 1/2 cup coconut flour
– 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
– 90g BeGood Bakery protein powder
– 3tbs baking powder
– pinch of salt

Wet
– 140g egg whites
– 150g greek yogurt
– 1.5tbs coconut oil (melted)
– 1tbs honey
– 1/4 cup milk/ milk substitute

**combine all ingredients together then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on oven
** top with coconut whip, sugar free jam and fresh strawberries

Protein French Toast Bagels:
Bagels
– 1/2 cup greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup self rising flour
– 1/2 cup BeGood Bakery protein powder
– Cinnamon to taste
– Raisins (optional)

Topping
– 1-2tbs coconut oil (melted)
– 1.5tsp cinnamon
– 1-2tbs brown sugar swerve
– tsp vanilla

**mix all bagel ingredients together to form a dough ball. You’ll need extra flour to roll them out into their separate balls (should make 4)
** place on tray, make bagel holes
** mix all topping ingredients together then brush on bagels
** place in oven @350 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on oven

Protein Banana Fritters:
– 2 large bananas mashed
– 2tbs BeGood Bakery Protein Powder
– 3tbs coconut flour
– pinch of salt

**mix all ingredients together
** pan fry in some coconut oil until golden and crispy on both sides
** serve with ice cream, PB2 and sugar free syrup
