Meal Prep Idea – Rich in Protein
I prepped my cousin’s lunches for the week. Three lunches included chicken, while two remained vegetarian.
Couscous contains a fair amount of protein, making it a good option for vegetarians and vegans to help meet their protein needs.
Here’s what I added to the couscous salad, which can be enjoyed warm or cold:
– Chicken Strips
– Roasted Butternut
– Roasted Beetroot
– Feta
– Parsley
– Caramelised Onions & Peppers
Avocado is also a great addition, but only add it to the lunch in the morning and squeeze a little lemon juice over it.
