ingredients
-250 g/ 1 piece salmon, cut and remove the bones from the salmon, then cut into cubes
-1 box firm tofu, cut into cubes
-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
-1 scallion stalk, cut the scallion stalks into small pieces, green scallion cut into rings
o.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp brown sugar
process
-add salmon with salt and black pepper, mix well and rest for 15 minutes
-prepare a frying pan and pour oil on it, Add the salmon to the pan and cook until pale white, remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
-then add the tofu to the pan, Fry the tofu until golden brown in the remaining oil, then set the tofu aside on the edge of the pan, add a little oil, add garlic and scallion stalks, stir-fry until fragrant, then mix evenly and stir-fry together, add salmon, soy sauce, Mix evenly and cook until the soy sauce aroma comes out, add water, sugar, mix evenly, then close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat or until the sauce is absorbed
-add green scallions, sesame seeds, mix evenly, Turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate and it’s ready to serve, add green scallions and sprinkle on some seasoned seaweed.
