Havinga during well established starter is key to key any sourdough recipe!

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:
113g (about 1/2 cup) active organic sourdough starter
600g (about 4 cups) organic flour (bread or all purpose)
350g (about 1 1/2 cups) warm, filtered water
2 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp organic ev olive oil

Makes 4 mini pizzas

🍕 This dough can be made days or weeks in advance!!! If you are planning to use it within a few days, place in the fridge in an air tight container until ready to use (for up to 3 days). Freeze the dough after rising for up to 2-3 months if you plan on using more in advance.
