Recipe details

Ingredients –
1. Makhana/ Fox nut 1 and half cup
2. ⁠Raw Peanuts 3/4 cup
3. ⁠Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
4. ⁠Tomato 1 medium (finely chopped)
5. ⁠Cucumber 1 small (finely chopped )
6. ⁠Carrot 1/2 (grated)
7. ⁠Raw mango 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
8. ⁠Beetroot 1 small (either blanched and finely chopped or grated)
9. ⁠Coriander or Parsley 1 cup (finely chopped)
10. ⁠Salt to taste
11. ⁠Black pepper powder 1 tsp
12. ⁠Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
13. ⁠Lemon juice
14. ⁠Oil/ Desi ghee 1 tbsp
15. ⁠Pomegranate 1/4 cup (for topping)

Recipe-
1. Add ghee to heated pan and roast the makhana and the peanuts until crunchy and keep aside.
2. ⁠Mix all the other ingredients with the roasted makhana and peanuts and mix well.
3. ⁠Serve instantly topped with some pomegranate and Enjoy!!!
