Makhana chaat recipe for Snack or lunch or dinner .

Ingredients –
1. Makhana/ Fox nut 1 and half cup
2. Raw Peanuts 3/4 cup
3. Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
4. Tomato 1 medium (finely chopped)
5. Cucumber 1 small (finely chopped )
6. Carrot 1/2 (grated)
7. Raw mango 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
8. Beetroot 1 small (either blanched and finely chopped or grated)
9. Coriander or Parsley 1 cup (finely chopped)
10. Salt to taste
11. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
12. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
13. Lemon juice
14. Oil/ Desi ghee 1 tbsp
15. Pomegranate 1/4 cup (for topping)
Recipe-
1. Add ghee to heated pan and roast the makhana and the peanuts until crunchy and keep aside.
2. Mix all the other ingredients with the roasted makhana and peanuts and mix well.
3. Serve instantly topped with some pomegranate and Enjoy!!!
