Stuffed Peppers with Ground Turkey Meat Recipe | Healthy Lunch/Dinner



🌟In today’s video, I’m sharing this healthy recipe of stuffed peppers with ground turkey meat. These are so easy to make and versatile as you can use any meat of your choice, or even vegan meat alternatives. Enjoy and comment below! 🙂

🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
4 whole peppers, deseeded
2 peppers chopped, I used red and green
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp sofrito (green seasoning)
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
red chili flakes to taste
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
4-6 oz. can tomato sauce, or 2 tomatoes chopped
oil for cooking, 2 tbsp.
water for cooking, 3 tbsp.
chopped parsley or cilantro for garnishing
optional: grated cheese for topping if needed – it’s delicious with it!
