Ingredients:
1. 1 cup fresh sprouts
2. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
3. 1 large tomato, chopped
4. 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
5. Juice of 1 lemon
6. Salt to taste
7. Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Sprouts:
If you prefer your sprouts raw, ensure they are thoroughly washed and drained.

For a slightly cooked texture, blanch the sprouts by boiling them in water for about 1-2 minutes and then quickly cooling them in ice water. Drain well.

Chop Vegetables:
Finely chop the onion, tomato, and cucumber. Ensure all pieces are about the same size for a uniform bite.

Mixing the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.

Seasoning:
Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixed vegetables.

Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Chill (Optional):
For the best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together nicely.
