Preparation steps
:: First, we cut the toast into small pieces, and mix it with olive oil (1
tbsp) + garlic powder (1 tsp) + salt (1 tsp) + thyme powder (1 tsp) And cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Next, marinate the chicken fillet with (1 tbsp) olive oil + (1 tsp) salt + (1 tsp) black pepper + (1 tsp) garlic powder + (1 tsp) paprika , knead in a bowl and rest for 30 minutes until they are flavorful and then fry them in hot oil.
:: At this stage, we cut the lettuce on a board and wash it in bowl of water
:: It’s time to prepare the magic sauce, this sauce complements the wonderful taste of our attractive salad. First, we add Roman yogurt to the bowl (3 tbsp) and mustard sauce (1 tsp) + mayonnaise (1 tsp) + olive oil (1 tsp) + fresh lemon (1 tbsp) + grated garlic (one clove) + balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp) + salt (1 tsp) + black pepper (1 tsp). Finally, we mix well to get a smooth sauce.
