How to make creamy potato lentil curry, high protein meals, Healthy recipes, Vegan
This healthy recipe is easy to make, perfect for vegan, vegetarian meals, and meal prep. It is made with potatoes and lentils which are high in protein, deliciously flavored with amazing herbs and spices. It is delicious with rice, flatbreads. Incredible curry recipe.

Ingredients:
500 grams potato
1 cup lentils
1/2 of an onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tsp curry powder
2 tsp garam masala
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup coconut oil
3 cups water
salt and pepper (adjust to your taste preference)
Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to get your preferred flavor.

00:25 slice potatoes, onions, grate ginger and garlic

02:04 simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
02:33 add in tomatoes & 1 cup coconut milk
02:47 adjust salt & pepper to your taste preference
