**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb firm tofu, drained and thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon chili flakes
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

**Shopping List:**
– Firm tofu
– Red bell pepper
– Green bell pepper
– Broccoli
– Soy sauce
– Chili flakes
– Garlic
– Olive oil

**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Ingredients:**
Start by draining the tofu and pressing it to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into thin slices. Wash and slice the red and green bell peppers, and cut the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic cloves.

2. **Cook the Tofu:**
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the tofu slices to the skillet and stir-fry until they are golden and crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes.

3. **Add the Vegetables:**
Toss in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is thoroughly cooked.

4. **Season the Dish:**
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat all the ingredients. Allow the dish to cook for an additional minute to meld the flavors.

5. **Serve:**
Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the spicy tofu stir-fry hot, perfect with a side of rice or noodles for a fulfilling meal.
