hi I’m just having my collagen pistachio
latte and my cookie I tend to
hyperfixate on foods and snacks and
drinks and this has been my morning
situation for probably the past year
I’ve mentioned this before but I don’t
really have any separation between my
weekdays and my weekends and that is
something that I want to change I just
remember being younger probably back in
school days and not having to set your
alarm on the weekends and just being
able to have a day with no school a day
to relax it was so nice like I really
looked forward to the weekends and it
was just they felt more special and for
me like right now I don’t really keep
track of the days I never turn my alarm
off I work on the weekends like there’s
literally nothing different about a
Wednesday to like a Saturday so I want
to start making little changes and I’ve
been telling myself for a while like I
don’t want to be eating cookies every
morning so I think I’m going to move
this to the weekends after this week
it’s literally Monday today and I’m
saying this I’ve been trying to not do
work on the weekends we’re getting a
little better but it’s hard and I want
to turn my alarm off just want to have
like little things that make it feel
like a weekend
um tika’s barking is getting pretty bad
you know that’s not being
helpful it’s whenever she hears people
in the hallway but anyways this that’s
so cute you’re so cute we’re going to do
a day in my life I think this is going
to be what I eat in a day I need to do a
grocery shop but um I’ll show you all
the meals I had a pretty stressful week
last week actually probably the past 2
weeks and I have not been in the mood
for cooking so I’ve been eating a lot of
takeout and restaurant food and snacks
and like my diet’s just been really off
track but yeah this is what we’re
starting with I also like to read in the
morning when I have my coffee currently
reading the shift by tins this is
actually my sister’s book she told me to
read it I think it’s all about like
mindset around dating nothing has been
groundbreaking so far but it’s kind of
just like nice reminders I do find if
you are into reading self-help books you
can only read so many before you’re
reading the same thing just like told by
a different person but it’s kind of nice
to hear things from different people’s
perspectives and just like have
reminders so anyways I’m going to be
here for the morning I’ll check back in
with you guys
later we’re doing a really simple
breakfast this morning I’m just doing
eggs and some sourdough toast I just had
this in the freezer but this is bread
that my mom’s husband made he’s been
making a ton of sourdough bread lately
so every time I go over there I usually
come home with a loaf of bread I cut
these slices pretty thick
but I have a frozen setting on my
toaster so I I’ll just do that

I just picked up a few groceries and I’m
trying to incorporate more iron and
vitamin C rich foods I got some fruit I
got a grapefruit some mango this is a
guava Juice drink so these are all
really high in vitamin C also got
spinach which is high in iron this also
has vitamin C celery has a little bit of
vitamin C and iron I mainly just got
this for a recipe I’m going to make I
also got a this is really good for the
blood and I’m going to be making a juice
cuz I have some other veggies that are
about to go bad in the fridge so the
turmeric is for the juice as well I got
this solely because it tastes really
good but this is a chocolate almond bar
I also saw these chicken meatballs which
I thought would just be some easy
protein to add to a meal I might
actually have this for lunch I haven’t
decided yet and then bacon obviously
highend protein and iron that is
everything that I got

I’m doing my red light therapy I am also
using this on my head right now so I do
three sessions I do one on top one on
the back and then one on my face um I
know you can get a helmet one my friend
Steven has that one and I’m kind of
interested in getting it but I think
that this is basically the same thing um
you just have to do it in like two
sections if you guys saw my last video I
was talking about how I’m experiencing
hair loss and I just got my blood test
results back for that which I feel like
I can’t take myself seriously wearing
this but I suspected that my hair loss
was triggered either by Co or um an iron
deficiency the results kind of confirmed
both I’m going to go over this in my
next video but yeah luckily the things
that I’ve implemented I believe that
they are the right thing to be doing for
this situation so I will go over all of
that in my next video because I know a
lot of people are going through the same
thing I had over 200 comments on my Tik
Tok of people saying that they recently
experienced this or they’re current
going through this so um I’ll definitely
do an update on that I do appreciate all
of the suggestions I’ve gotten a lot of
different recommendations from people I
do think that it will normalize on its
own in a few months if you guys want to
watch the last Vlog I posted I talk
about the two supplements that I’ve
started taking and I I think those
should help especially the feros orb a
lot of people recommend minoxidil but
because of the root cause and like the
trigger I think is just going to go away
on its own after the initial shed is
done so I I don’t really know how much
that will actually help most people
experience shedding for at least 3
months and I’m only at 2 and 1/2 weeks
so like that is what is terrifying
because I’ve already lost so much hair
like it’s going to be so bad if it keeps
up at this rate but yeah I’ll do a more
detailed update in the next video this
is everything that I’m putting in the
juice the main reason I’m doing this is
because I had this cucumber these go
slimy and bad really fast I also had
this carrot and the Slime and then I
decided that beet would be a good
addition so that’s the Ju juice do you
just do it in a blender no I have a
juicer oh you have a juicer okay yeah I
made a juice the other day for Tim and I
included beets and beets and ginger and
mango and stuff like thato it’s good
when you have veggies that are going to
go bad yeah that’s for sure

salad kit I feel like this is so popular
it always sells out but I’m having that
I’m having two of these meatballs on the
side that is the
situation I’m going to make one of these
magic mine shots I talked about these in
a recent vlog but it’s basically matcha
as well as adapt gens by vins I really
like to have these in the afternoon
especially if I’m going to be getting a
bunch of work done on my computer I just
find it helps me Focus I make this out
i’ make a normal matcha drink just a
little bit of honey and melt that in a
little bit of hot
water I like to do mostly coconut
water and then a little bit of milk I

up I have been eating a ton of salmon
lately I just got a pack from Costco
we’re making our way through it I’m
going to do brussels sprouts on the side
and I’m going to do a Dijon aoli sauce
um maybe
rice I don’t know I’m not really feeling
I’m not like super hungry so I might not
do
right okay I’m going to wash these up
and cut them

I like these to be a little bit charred
but I think I probably overcook the
salmon a bit oh well here’s dinner I
also have the S pelg Gro which I started
yesterday and I didn’t fully close it
properly so it’s only half
carbonated which just does not hit the
spot but we’re going to finish it let’s
try this aoli sauce
M it’s actually really good I feel like
the sauce is going to go well with the
salmon
too that’s actually really
good I had a couple weird things happen
today actually I don’t think weird is
the right word to use I’m not really
sure what word I would use I don’t even
know why I’m bringing this up because I
can’t well I shouldn’t talk about these
situations but what I will say something
that happens to me quite often and I
think this is probably a universal
experience often times when I’m wanting
something or I’m like praying or asking
the universe for something once the
opportunity comes to me I’m terrified
and then I fumble it maybe I shouldn’t
say fumbled because I think whatever is
meant to happen is going to happen but I
just I just don’t understand why I keep
having repeat scenarios happen and I
feel like generally when you notice a
pattern there’s probably a lesson that
you’re not learning
and I’m not sure what the lesson is here
I know that’s very um elusive what I’m
saying
but I’m ending the night with some tea

also going to have one of these stoop
