Feeding 11 Kids: A Healthy Breakfast or Snack Idea
Trial Mix Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients –
LAYERS: Per Jar
1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Oats
1 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Trail Mix
Blueberries
Banana, Slices
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Honey, Drizzled
TRAIL MIX: per 4 Jars
1/3 Cup Pistachios, chopped
1/3 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1/3 Cup Simply Honey Cereal
1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds
Method –
1. Add oats, chia seeds, and milk to a jar or bowl. Stir to evenly combine, and let it sit in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
2. Create your trail mix While your jars are in the fridge. In a large bowl, combine chopped nuts, cereal, and pumpkin seeds and mix well.
3. After soaking your chia seeds and oats, start layering! Add a layer of Greek yogurt, trail mix, blueberries, sliced bananas, peanut butter, and a drizzle of honey!
4. Serve right away or store in the fridge for up to 5 hours (If you leave it in the fridge for over an hour, add extra milk)
5. Enjoy!

I’m a mother to 11 we’re a homeschool family
