Lunchables never go out of style so let
me show you how I pack three healthy
lunchable like lunch boxes as an adult
for work hey I’m Laura from mamaes and I
began recreating Lunchables when my kids
were little and that’s where momables
came from on this channel I share lots
of school lunch ideas and easy family
meals that we enjoy now if you want more
of that content hit that red subscribe
button I share a couple of videos every
single week now these are the lunches
that I pack for myself for work so first
up is a protein lunch bowl that is way
better than the original lunch bowl
because look at how little food you get
now I’m going to use a compartmentalized
lunch container to make this lunchable
because the compartments keep the
ingredients separate and keep them fresh
I’m going to load up my lunch with more
nutrition by adding veggies to like
sliced cucumbers which I’m going to
place in the large compartment right
here I’m also adding some fresh berries
these are all moisture containing
ingredients so I’m putting them in the
same compartment you can use ham or
turkey slices for this and you just roll
them up and cut them into a few pieces
and then you just grab them like this
and place them in the container along
with the other ingredients now I’m using
real cheese for this lunchable because
I’m an adult and it’s better and I’m
going to place it in its own compartment
and in the smallest compartment separate
from the other ingredients is where I’ll
put the crackers it’s super important to
keep the crackers separate especially if
you’re packing this lunch ahead of time
so they don’t get soggy now I just cover
this with the lid and refrigerate it
overnight and in the morning all you
have to do is take it out of the fridge
place it with an ice pack if you need it
inside of your lunch bag now some days I
pack a sandwich or some leftovers for
lunch but I want a Lunchable like snack
box and this hummus and veggies one is
one of my favorites now before I go and
share my next Lunchables that are high
in protein too and delish make sure to
give this video a thumbs up if you like
this kind of content so I know to make
more it on my channel for us now the
bulk of this lunch box comes from cut up
veggies like these baby cucumbers plus
some baby carrots that I’m going to
place in that container as well I’m
going to add some cherry or grape
tomatoes that I’ll use to fill the rest
of that lunch box now I don’t know about
you but unless I make these portion
lunch boxes I will eat a whole tub of
hummus or half of it in one sitting so
this way you can scoop out a portion or
buy those hummus singles which always
always keep portions at Bay now I’m
going to place it right here on the side
of my Bento container or in a separate
compartment and the cheese right here in
this other area as well now below this
video I’ll link where to get these small
litted containers which are great for
humus like you just saw or dressings and
dips just put a lid on it and
refrigerate it until lunch or you got to
go to go work and when hunger strikes
just grab it and it’s ready to go now
this third lunchable is one that I make
all the time after dinner where I take a
leftover chicken and pack it inside a
lunch box like this I’ll load it up with
protein by adding some cooked turkey or
bacon slices plus some veggies now in
this case I’m using sugar snap peas and
then to bulk it up and make it more
nutritious I’m adding some graped
Tomatoes right inside next to the
veggies for more protein I’m adding a
hardboiled egg right there and some
cheese cubes on the side the crackers I
want to pack separately in another
container so they stay nice and fresh
until lunchtime this whole lunchable is
now a full of protein that’s going to
keep me satiated for a while it can stay
in the fridge until I need it or I just
pack it in my lunch bag with a nice pack
