it’s healthy chicken

salad okay guys now I’ve cut up
everything I put our corn in a bowl I’ve
cut up our
cucumbers I’ve cut up with some
Tomatoes I forgot to show y’all the
avocado I cut that up a orange um bell
pepper okay and then I cleaned off our
chicken and cut some of all of the fat I
left some fat on here but for the
majority of it I cut all of our fat off
of our thigh so I’m going just move you
all a little closer to this meat right
here so that you can see what I’m about
to
do uh the first thing I’m going to do
I’m going to put some um avocado oil on
our meat
here and I’m going to put some wor word
in the world
sauce in
here
okay I got a packet of Saison we’re
going to put it in
that around like
that I’m going get a fork so I can get
and I didn’t tell y’all but this is five
thighs here five skinless boneless
thighs
okay just want to make
sure that we get
um s all of our meat
okay all
right
now we got some um garlic
powder I’m put a little on
here some
pepper go ahead I’m going to turn my ey
on so we can get ready to cook our Dy
put a little
salt some complete
seasoning okay some complete
seasoning got some onion powder
here little meat
tenderizer and I also have some Italian
seasoning and I’mma put a little of that
in
okay and we just going to stir this
around in
here like
this just like this
guys making sure that all of our meat
get stirred up in here okay just like
this
okay and we just going
to cook these right here in our cast IR
Skillet we’re going to heat this up and
we’re going to get ready to pull this
quick simple um salad
together and I um like I said we decided
for the month of May we’re going to do
salads for what’s for dinner Wednesday
so this is our very first one that I’m
going to do just a simple healthy
chicken salad
okay just simple and
easy go ahead on and put putting our
thighs
down I want a little SE on
them turn all in there
like
that trying to see if I can get them all
in there
they’re not too
big so hopefully I can get
them all in here there five of them and
then after we cook them we going to cut
them up
anyway and there we
go all right guys I’m going to turn that
eye off it’s been 10 minutes that they
cooked on this side and our SK are ready
so we going to take them off
the eye and let them cool some and then
I’m going to cut them up to go on our um
salad okay we going
to let
these sit here and finished cooling for
us these are our cooked thighs okay and
we’ll be
back all right guys
as you can see I’ve got my cutting board
out here and I’ve got the one that has
poultry on it because we’re getting
ready to cut up our chicken thighs okay
so just going to see how that’s just
cutting right through those thighs like
that okay so we cut those up to put this
in the
tray all right right now I’ve got our
vegetable um sleeve out this is our
vegetable so I’m going cut up our um
lettuce
here I need for that to come apart right
there all
right first you want to wash
it so I just want to show y’all this is
our
lettuce three stocks of it in here and
we going to wash this right quick hold
your
horses all right guys let’s pull this
salad together all right so the first
thing I want to season it I’m going to
put some complete seasoning on our
salad I’m going put a little salt and
pepper
my
salt a salt put a little garlic
powder and a little onion
powder
okay get this
all this
up
okay just like that
now got some corn here I’m put some corn
right
here that’s I’m going put some Tomatoes
right
here some um
orange bell pepper
right
there how about some
cucumbers right
there put them all in there that was
just a half of a cucumber
so we going to put it all in
there just like that and then right here
P our
chicken and then our
avocados right there that’s our salad
guys that is our salad now what I’m
going to do I’m going to take it to the
table and then we going to fix our salad
like we wanted okay I’m going to show
you with the sauces on it and all that
kind of stuff okay so hold your horses
but this is our simple healthy easy
chicken salad hold your
horses okay guys so here’s our salad and
what I’m going to do now is
just toss it
off and then
Eric can he can put whatever dressing he
want on his own
self okay all right so that’s
his all
right set this over here out of the
way that’s sure and y’all all I um when
I was getting all of this I for I didn’t
well put it like this I didn’t have any
Red Onion take this here apron H I
didn’t have any Red Onion so Eric loves
onions so I’m going just give him some
regular onions the next salad that I do
I will
ensure that I have you don’t have huh
you want oh yeah I got and we going to
let him put that on here he
guys okay that’s open up for you sweetie

put me some Italian on mine all right

man the chicken is
good yes it
is going
in first B I’m looking at the window cuz
we got these birds over here and we had
put some soap up there so they’ll fly
away but it looks like they didn’t got
some friends will come over here and
move the soap cuz they start to come
back towards us
way this is so
tasty it’s light
refreshing
mhm I have some avocados in mine she not
only did she give me some onions but she
also get cut up some avocado for me and
I really like that too
is so
good it really is what for dinner
Wednesday I can’t
remember which subscriber said it
but her response
was your West for din Wednesday is going
to be my West din
Thursday this is
good it is simple
good mhm nothing to it the hardest part
is just cutting up
your you know like your um vegetables
that’s why I want to say I can’t just
say simple cuz you took some time to
cook up your chicken and cut up your
vegetabl and make them uniform like you
do but but it’s
nothing you can put it together in about
30
minutes mhm
I’m glad you like it yep looking forward
