a food recipe that has helped me lose
over 25 lbs this was me at 230 lbs 13
weeks ago I’ve been on a fitness journey
to get as lean as possible for the
summer this is my current weigh in and
this is my physique I’m almost 27 lbs
down today we’re going to be making low
carb lowfat tacos you want to get 98%
lean ground chicken and low sodium taco
seasoning you want to cook that up in a
pan while the ground chicken is cooking
you want to throw in your taco seasoning
and mix it up once fully cooked you want
to separate that into a bowl now you’re
going to grab your car balance tortillas
and you’re going to heat them up in your
pan let them get crisp then take them
out now to assemble the tacos put your
ground chicken in each tortilla for this
meal I’m only using half of the ground
chicken I cooked now instead of using
sour cream we’re going to be using
lowfat Greek yogurt it’s higher in
protein and tastes very similar and
lastly grab your favorite hot sauce and
use as much as you want these are the
final macros for this meal I promise you
have this every day and you’re going to
start seeing the fat come off your body
