Recipes
1. Yogurt Bowl
* Ingredients:
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1 mango, diced
* 4 strawberries, sliced
* 1 kiwi, sliced
* 1/3 cup granola
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tbsp coconut flakes
* Zest of 1 orange
* Instructions:
1. In a serving bowl, add the Greek yogurt as a base.
2. Top with mango, strawberry, and kiwi slices.
3. Sprinkle granola over the fruits.
4. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle coconut flakes.
5. Finish with a zest of orange for a fresh twist.
2. Fruit Tartines
* Ingredients for Tartine 1:
* 1 slice whole wheat sourdough, toasted
* Greek yogurt
* 1 banana, sliced
* Handful of raspberries
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tbsp peanut butter
* Ingredients for Tartine 2:
* 1 slice whole wheat sourdough, toasted
* Greek yogurt
* Handful of blueberries
* Zest of 1/2 lemon
* 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* Instructions:
1. Spread Greek yogurt on warm toasted whole wheat sourdough slices. You can substitute whole wheat sourdough bread with other healthy options: Sprouted Multigrain, Oat, Flax, Sprouted Rye or any healthy bread.
2. Top one slice with banana, raspberries, a drizzle of maple syrup, and peanut butter.
3. Top the other slice with blueberries, lemon zest, chopped pistachios, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
4. Serve immediately.
3. Vanilla Cinnamon Crepes
* Ingredients:
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 3 eggs
* 1.5 cups almond milk
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/4 tsp vinegar
* Pinch of salt
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* Greek yogurt for filling
* Freshly diced strawberries
* Additional maple syrup for drizzling
* Instructions:
1. In a blender, add eggs, almond milk, water, vanilla extract, maple syrup, vinegar, salt, and cinnamon. Add flour in batches ; Blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to spread evenly.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook for another minute.
4. Fill each crepe with greek yogurt, maple syrup drizzle and strawberries, fold and drizzle with maple syrup (optional).
5. Serve warm.
