Carrot Masala Idli | Healthy Breakfast Recipe



Ingredients:

Idli batter
grated carrot

mix well apply ghee on idli tray and steam for 15 mins, let it cool down completely and then cut into small pieces

Mustard oil/ghee
chana dal
udid dal
jeera/cumin seeds
mustard seeds
curry leaves
green chilli
onion
tomato
capsicum/corn (optional)
turmeric powder
red chilli powder
sambhar masala
water
tamarind pulp

Add Idli, mix well, garnish with coriander leaves and fresh coconut

Serve with h coconut/peanut chutney
