Ingredients:
Raw mango( grated)- 2 cups
Jaggery- 2 cups
Chili powder- 1 tablespoon
Salt- pinch( optional).

Mix the grated mangoes, and jaggery and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, cook it over the stovetop on a low flame for 5-7 minutes, till the mangoes are cooked and translucent and the jaggery has thickened.
At this stage, jaggery would be of one-string consistency. (If not, just cook for a few more minutes till it reaches one-string consistency.).
Add chilli powder and salt, mix well, and transfer immediately to the serving bowl.
 
Tips:
Use sour mangoes.
You can increase the sweetness according to your preference.
