just got back from yoga feeling so good
anyone else has this issue so if there
is someone next to to me who is
breathing
like I just can’t Zend the [ __ ] out and
I come to yoga to you know get peaceful
feel good but I always have someone like
this in my surroundings so I don’t know
if I am the problem or they are the
problem but I think I am the problem and
I need to stop focusing on things
outside of me and I managed throughout a
session but it’s still kind of like it
gives me an ache but anyways I went to
my favorite shop I got to where I buy
like organic veggies and stuff and I got
my purple carrots I’m obsessed with
purple carrots and purple potatoes
lately I love the Sweet Taste of the
veggies and also I love that it’s full
of antioxidants and so many
nutrients and I got my favorite wild
salmon it’s like the best tasting salmon
if you’re from the UK it’s cop you need
to buy your salmon in cop it’s just so
good when you put it in the air fryer we
will do it for dinner so I’m so excited
and I got some like like uh dried fruits
nuts all these uh good things and then I
stopped in another shop and I got a
scooper for my protein which I’m super
happy about and some other things so
let’s make matcha with collagen now then
I’m going to put my makeup and then
we’re going to have breakfast

because today it’s our monthly Zoom call
with my girls on the app I cannot wait
to see their all faces and connect with
each other because there is a community
chat on my app and we are all supporting
each other chatting there and it’s just
so different to meet face to face kind
of face to face online you know on the
zoom and we can just chat share our
progress our struggles they can ask me
anything so I’m just buzzing and I want
to look good so I’m going to put my
makeup drink my matcha listen to my
podcast and then let’s make breakfast

with nut butter and banana also my
latest Obsession feta I mix f with my ex
it’s a game changer so you need to try

so because my boyfriend is in China we
have food together sometimes and we call
and eat together and I really miss him
but it’s really nice to catch up and
have kind of food together virtually and
now because it’s Mandarin season I have
some um Mandarin here that I’m going to
eat right now as well and then I’m going
to have my prunes because I always have
prunes after my breakfast and Brazil
nuts for th function
it’s too sour no wondering for
me right I’m going to have the

prunes so after breakfast I make my tea
usually it’s mint tea or ginger tea
whatever I’m feeling I fill my tumbler
with glutamine and water and a little
bit of Celtic salt
and Brazil nuts for selenium and thyroid
function and prunes for digestion and
just because I like them as
well so good if you are struggling with
regular bow movement and constipation
and bloating prunes are the
best so good I’m also having a handful
of mulberries they are so good so good
for you and they suit sweet tooth
I love to snack
on Nature’s
candies if you haven’t noticed yet I
love snacking and if you make it healthy
it’s great because also if you
snack you don’t tend to overeat as much
I feel like when I snack throughout the
day then I don’t get to the point when
I’m like so hungry that I just devour
all the meal and ovat but
Bing over so I’m going to work I need to
record a meditation for my app send out
emails with schedules recipes
newsletter and then get ready for the
zoom call so when I work I try to
alternate between walking on the
threadmill standing by my standing table
and also sitting because I can’t sit for
a long period of time so I need to
alternate between those three and that’s
why I um that’s how I stay the most
productive and avoid any back pain and
just feel good so yeah getting work done
getting work done and we are going to
soon go for a smoothie and I’m so
excited because the zoom call is

soon it’s a smoothie time so let’s make
a smoothie for lunch because I don’t
like to eat super heavy during the day
and I’m so busy so I love to get my
nutrients in feel satisfied and full
also um Su My Sweet Tooth during the day
um so we are doing my favorite berry
smoothie it’s a staple I have it
honestly almost every single day but
it’s the best thing ever so let’s make
it

on this and make the salmon with lots of
veggies and purple potato and my purple

preheat the oven the salmon will go in
the air fryer and that’s all we need so
we just chop all the veggies put it in
the
oven mix with spices and olive oil then
we will add some greens and Sprouts
that’s it baby easy let’s do
