banana for my
pre-workout next I had a protein waffle
with strawberries and sugar-free maple
syrup with half of my protein breakfast
smoothie midm morning snack was non-fat
vanilla Greek yogurt with some grapes I
already had taken a huge bite out of
that sandwich but I had a turkey
sandwich celery carrots and a mozzarella
cheese stick for lunch at afternoon
snack was a protein think bar and for
dinner this looks like super messy but I
had a lettuce burger with squash bye
