morning did just woke up so she’s a
little energetic yet half asleep good
morning everybody it’s currently 6:37
a.m. I have not woken up at this time in
a hot minute but I was like for the
occasion I really want to wake up early
to show you guys a realistic what I eat
in a day when I’m up this early
especially when I’m trying so hard to
get my protein intake higher I just eat
a lot I love food so on a day like today
I most likely going to be eating a lot
more lots of snacks and trying to add as
much protein into do each of my meals so
that’s what we’re doing today we’re
upright and early and the first thing on
the menu is my green juice I have this
every single day you guys so basically I
explained this in my other videos but if
you have not watched my previous videos
or you don’t even know me hi my name is
Mel I’m not a nutritionist I’m not a
specialist when it comes to food I just
like to freely eat while also focusing
and prioritizing very healthy gut and
whole food type lifestyle when it comes
to my eating and my relationship with
food so I juice my own green juice with
a bunch of vegetables and fruits at the
top of my head like green apple celery
pineapple oranges you know like a bunch
of Whole Foods fruits and veggies in a
cup basically then I either add one of
my super greens powder whether it’s
bloom or Alani this one is the Alani
brand in the wild berry flavor one of
the main benefits of just green juice
whether it’s the powders or your
homemade green juice is it helps with
your digestion immunity inflammation all
that and I take it on an empty stomach
usually I used to have my Ging G shots
but I’ve not been making my Ginger shots
lately finish the whole thing before I
get any food in my system so let me
finish this up and start getting ready

usually I have rice cakes with protein
peanut butter and bananas or some type
of berries but today we’re having some
granola and a banana I did this in the
video and everybody for some reason
thought I was a Genius dip the banana
the granola and boom I’ve invented
something I personally only like to have
things that are small before I go
workout because eating something way too
big makes me feel so weighted down to do
any of my workouts and I just feel so
bloated something light and small with a
little bit of sugar will help get my
energy levels up and still keep me full
so I don’t pass out at the gym so we’re
going to do an orange kiss there’s some
sun outside let me get some vitamin real

it’s currently 8:35 I’m starving let’s
go make some breakfast you guys are
already aware that I love my protein
shakes or smoothies especially in a
variety of different flavors like
something that’s more creamy and like
milky and ones that are like a little
more fruity so I want to introduce you

today I wanted to switch it up I wasn’t
like in the mood for something creamy
since I literally had an iced coffee

shake let me try to say that again since
I already made like a creamy oat milk
iced coffee protein shake I didn’t want
to have like another oat milky um
beverage especially if I need some CA
some caffeine in me but I still want
matcha I am going to teach you guys a
little alternative if you’re not in the
mood for like a Milky matcha match this

this is their mango matcha I always use
like their regular matcha or the vanilla
but today I’m using the mango and we’re
mixing it with some coconut water
frothing it literally smells like a
mango I’m not a coconut water girly
guess we’re trying guess we’re trying it
out today I’m heading to the office to
get some editing done so we’re taking

containers topping it off with either
sparkling water but I’m I’m going to use
this ginger lemon kombucha from
Costco this is the first time I’m making
this so hopefully it’s
good hang on I think I just don’t like
the coconut water but that actually
tastes I can taste the matcha and the
kombucha and together it tastes really
good I think I’m just not a fan of the
coconut water oh well I get used to it

I’m now having my large snack basically
sourdough bread dairyfree chive cream
cheese it’s a plant-based almond milk
cream cheese sliced some tomatoes and
red onion plac that on top added a
little bit of salt put in the air fryer
for a little bit then I just topped it
off with some arugula and balsamic glaze
just having one piece of toast I also
packed up my little pool bag it was so
sunny outside while I was editing and I
was like you know what I need to go lay
outside when I’m tired like I can’t just
sit in the house all the time I’m going
to put on some moisturizing sunscreen
and lay in that sun and eat my snacks
I’m bringing myself just a small little
bowl of popcorn freshly chopped
pineapple and of course my water I got
to hydrate I’m going to eat my toast
first before I head to the pool I’m
going to make lunch after I get back
from the pool it’s going to be a chicken
burger which I’m excited
