hi hello and welcome back to a new Vlog
it is Monday February 12th I’ve had the
most productive morning uh there’s still
a lot of stuff that I still need to get
done but I’m about to go to the gym it’s
10:00 this morning I woke up at 5:30 I
woke up at 5:00 and then I snoozed till
5:30 mind your
details but I woke up I had a coaching
call this morning I finished editing my
video I uploaded it I’m going to work on
another one later this evening I think
but I’m going to go to the gym and after
that I’m going to go to a coffee shop
and get a little bit of my work done
there I’m trying to work on my fat loss
program that’s what I’m going to be
working on while I’m at the coffee shop
and I’m going to leave the editing in
the YouTube video for at home because I
like doing it at my desktop what else
did I do I cleaned out my fridge I don’t
know why but I really felt like cleaning
it out cleaned out my fridge last night
it was like almost 11:00 and I decided
to reorganize my medicine cabinet I
don’t know I just don’t even ask because
this morning I decided to clean out my
balcony I don’t know like I genuinely I
don’t know sometime I also clean my
bathroom this morning sometimes I like
get into these like weird moods where
I’m like I need to clean this right this
very second or the whole world like
everything’s just going to fall apart if
I don’t clean it so I’m I’m just going
with it I’m going with it because a lot
of times it’ll be like like a day where
i’m like okay I should clean and I’m not
in the mood so if I’m in the mood to
clean I like to take advantage of that
anyways I feel good I feel productive I
feel like my house is in order I also
cleaned out the kitchen did the dishes
all of that good stuff let’s go to the
gym let’s have a good push day and after
that let’s go get a good work session in
I work at 5: today I forgot to mention
that I also made this like preworkout
juice and it’s like healthy natural and
very like beneficial for you there’s sea
salt in here watermelon juice fresh
watermelon juice coconut water and mint
so plenty of electrolytes meant to
balance you out and give you energy
especially because I also added honey in
here so there’s like a good amount of
natural sugar and it’s so delicious I
have like a huge bottle and this was
just like left over so I’m going to
drink some of this before my workout
it’s so good so hydrating obsessed

I just came home I was initially
planning on staying at the coffee shop
for a while to get like my studying done
to get some more work done and whatnot
but honestly I was freezing like I was
so cold and I could not stop thinking
about how hungry I was
I literally just could not stop thinking
about food I was so hungry so I came
home and I had an apple with some almond
butter just as a quick snack because I
forgot to put my Japanese sweet potato
in the air fryer before I left so it’s
going to take like another 20ish minutes
anyways I had the almond butter and the
apple as a little snack now I’m just
waiting on the Japanese sweet potato and
I put some kebabs in there as well
because I don’t feel like
cooking at all and I was debating on
like getting takeout but I think that
I’m going to get takeout tomorrow and I
I don’t want to get it 2 days in a row
anyways I got a couple of Amazon
packages I got El cartin tar trait for
um My Little pre-workout stack that I’m
going to start incorporating into my
routine and then I got a big not like
huge but I got like a bigger package of
anoc because I run out of that one so
fast so anyways that is the update I’m
about to study and get some more work
done I just showered and I have work in
like an hour and a half so I’m just
going to utilize this time to be as
productive as possible I’m not sure what
time I’ll get off tonight but if I do
have enough time I’m going to
go um to the sauna if it’s not closed by
the time that I get home cuz it closes
at 10:00 so that is the plan okay here’s
my little liner I drizzled some of my
new olive oil on the avocado and the
Japanese sweet potato hopefully it’s
delicious I’m sure it will be cuz
yesterday I drizzled some of that olive
oil on the avocado and it was so so good
so I have High Hopes I just came home
from
work it’s 11: I didn’t I wasn’t even
closing tonight but this is how late am
getting home I had a very
stressful shift to say the least for
reasons that I can’t explain
I’m going to need
some beverages tonight to help with
sleep I’m going to make my sleepy drink
with the lavender honey from Keon I’m
going to quickly jump into the shower
and hopefully that helps me like calm my
mind down cuz that was very that was
rough that was rough I got a package
from Meritt

ooh just in time for Valentine’s Day I
need to get my nails done this is
beautiful I feel like we should test it
out I know that it looks extremely
bright and like a little too much in
this video even like I’m looking at it
and it looks ridiculous but in person it
looks different if that makes sense it
looks a little bit not as like orangey
and more
red I also think that with a little bit
bit of a tan it’ll
look better like I’ll be able to either
obviously get a actual tan outside once
it’s summer or I’ll do some face tanning
droplets and it’ll look a lot like
less out there but I love a red lip I
just like when it’s a little bit more
like darker anyways I guess I have
nothing better to do than try on
lipstick at 11:00 at night no but this
is amazing and I really love the
application of this it’s like it was
very very smooth and it feels kind of
hydrating it doesn’t feel like it’s
drying my lips out which is really nice
anyways thank you Meritt Beauty for
sending me that I’m excited to try it
out maybe I’ll wear it on Valentine’s
Day it’s pretty
cute what am I doing oh yeah I’m making
my
drink tomorrow I have a coaching call at
7 and I have the day off so it’s going
to be so nice I’m pretty excited I
definitely like I mean I don’t regret
working yesterday Sunday in the sense of
like I’m glad to like have the
opportunity to work and make some money
but I definitely felt the lack of rest
and I love having my Sundays off having
Sunday off for me is like the best thing
in the world
uh I just feel like it’s like a way for
me to prepare mentally for the week and
physically so I just don’t feel rested
and it’s weird cuz I don’t think that
even I don’t think that having tomorrow
off is going to be that much help
because it’s like the week has already
started if that makes sense so it like
feels weird to have tomorrow off but I
can’t even pick up a shift tomorrow
because there’s like a law in California
where you can’t work 7 days in a row um
otherwise they have to pay you overtime
something like that but anyways it’s
super
weird so I’m excited to have the day off
I’m going to have my coaching call I’m
going to go to the gym I’m going to go
to the sauna for sure tomorrow
tomorrow’s going to be a good day and
I’m excited and yeah like I said I’m
going to go to a coffee shop and try to
study as much as humanly possible
tomorrow but anyways I’ve made my drink
I’m going to go shower and go to sleep
so I shall see you in the morning good

situation challenge good morning and
happy Tuesday it’s 7:30 I have a
coaching call at 8 right now and for the
life of me I can’t figure out like how
to or organize my day or what to do I
have so many things that I want to do
and so little time to do everything a
part of me wants to go to a coffee shop
literally right now and just get as much
work done as humanly possible and then
go to the gym after and then go grocery
shopping and go to another coffee shop
if that’s what I want to do and then
another part of me is like no go to the
gym now and then go about your business
but honestly if I go to the gym a little
bit later I’ll be able to be more
productive right now I just don’t want
to be at home because because I will be
distracted I’ll start doing laundry and
I really just want to spend some time at
a coffee shop I feel like I’m talking
you into going to a coffee shop right
now so I think that is the answer to my
problems right now I’m going going to go
to this place called deasi because I’m
editing this YouTube video right now I
went to demasi in this YouTube video and
there are these like chia seed puddings
that look so freaking good and I’m like
I need that like I need that in my life
uh I’m going to work on my fat loss
guide and get some studying done and
then we’ll come back go to the gym go
grocery shopping maybe sauna I don’t
know I really want to go to the sauna
but I don’t know how to fit that in
we’ll figure it out but let’s just be
productive as productive as possible I
have my phone on airplane mode so that
nobody bothers me that is how how
serious I am about being productive and
not having anybody bug me so walking to
the coffee shop right now it is so
cold I’m never dressed right

ever I legitimately just had a heart
attack I thought that I left you at Blue
Bottle we’re fine okay so first and
foremost I didn’t go to demasi ended up
going to Blue Bottle because it was
closer it’s so cold outside and
naturally I’m not dressed warm at all
and I’m really annoyed because I just
spent the last like 2 hours making
tweets on this this like special
platform to schedule out your tweets
because I want to be active on Twitter
and whoa like I want to grow my Twitter
account so anyways I scheduled out 17 of
them like I brainstormed thought them
through and all this and that came up
with 13 or 17 of them come to find out
they’re all connected to the wrong
Twitter account and it won’t let me
switch them out so I had to so I have to
manually like rewrite all of them and
then I got logged out of my Twitter
account and I couldn’t like reset the
password just a bunch of like little
Tech issues and now it’s 11:14 and I’m
starving and I need to go to the gym and
I kept trying to figure out where like
where can I go and work from after the
gym but I’m going to be gross and sweaty
and all of the coffee shops close at
like 4:00 or 5 so I was just like
getting very annoyed because I feel like
once again time is consistently escaping
me and I’m not getting everything done
and it just felt like the biggest waste
of time because now I literally have to
manually schedule out all of those
tweets anyways I’m going to go to the
gym I decided that I’m just going to
skip my cardio in the morning and I’m
going to do it in the evening so that
way I’m not gross and sweaty after the
gym and I can like save a little bit of
time and go to a coffee shop right after
the gym that’s going to be the plan and
I’m just going to have a bunch of like
not like a bunch but just like a couple
of things right now to eat to break my I
think I’m on almost 19 18 or 19 hour
fast I think it’s 18 19 H 19 hour fast
so we’re going to break this with some
watermelon like the juice that I made
yesterday this is like my little
pre-workout healthy pre-workout that I
made and I’m going to take my
pre-workout supplements and and then
we’re going to go work out I think I’m
going to have a protein bar as well
because I am getting a
little irritable and it’s probably
because I’m getting a little hungry
there we go I ordered this so I’m going
to take that anyways I’m going to take
this I’m going to take two servings cuz
one is not going to be enough I think
I’m going to try to blend it into my
juice we’ll see how that
tastes just a little
sour good for fat
metabolization no it’s like salty but
plus I also add salt or I added salt to
my watermelon juice as well and I think
what I’m going to do is I’m going to
have my Celsius now because in
combination with this it’ll be really
beneficial but this is going to be great
for cardio in the evening cuz this is
like more of a natural pre-workout and
there’s obviously no caffeine still need
to go to the grocery store today and I
also need to go on a walk so it’s going
to be a busy busy
day
so that’s the plan I think sometimes you
just need a little something
something I’m going to have a little
date with some honey no I’m going to
have should I have honey or I’ll just do
honey little
pre-workout so good might as well have
the almond butter

all right I just came home I did not go
to the store I think after my run cuz it
starting to get dark so I literally need
to leave this very
second I think after my run I’ll St by
Target and get like a water and maybe
some I don’t know I don’t know I’m not
really craving anything right now cuz I
just shoved a protein di bar down my
throat which probably wasn’t the best
idea considering I’m going on this run
but it is what it is I’m going to test
out my new running belt hopefully it
holds up I’m worried about being
freezing but that’s why I’m wearing a
long sleeve shirt and I’m going to put
on a hoodie and hopefully will’ll be a
okay I’m literally like freezing inside
of this house I was freezing inside of
intelligencia and my dumb dummy self got
a cold brew like why did I get a cold
brew I’m always cold and I got a cold
brew but I did take my chapter one two
no two like two like main quiz and it
was 50 questions and I only missed a
couple I got 90% out of 100 and the
average score is usually 75 so I feel
pretty good about that I’m very very
proud so today I’m starting chapter 3 so
I’m going to have a nice busy
evening tonight but first we’re going to
go on this long run let me show you this
little running belt cute I hope that it
like is legit it feels legit I’m going
to put
my keys in here and I guess my phone huh
but I’m I’m kind of we like how does it
even fit in here okay I’m going to turn
on some music I don’t even know what
music to listen to running hype running
music we’ll try it
out while done
okay 3 miles down I’m in like the
Pacific Palisades area right now and I
just like came here I paused my run to
come here on the these rocks to take
pictures and a video because it’s so
beautiful I whoa I hope I don’t die
tonight it’s so beautiful look at this
view I’m am in
shock I’m literally risking my
life for the video

I am back it’s
7:20 we whoa we need to chat we need to
chat okay so we started my run and right
off the that I knew was not going to be
good because my shoes I wore the wrong
shoes so I wore my as6 because I they’re
pretty comfortable actually very
comfortable they’re like nice and wide
and I thought that they were going to be
good running shoes but I don’t think
they are for a long
distance I think I need to get new shoes
because my shins were hurting so bad
during like mile two and I was like I
don’t know if I’ll be able to do this
after mile 3 I got to the Pacific
Palisades and I kind of stopped and was
I took a few photos and just like a
couple of videos and I like paused it
and I was only there for like maybe 2 3
minutes tops just like taking a couple
of photos of the sunset and then I
started running and I felt good and then
again my shins started hurting so bad I
did 8 Miles it took me an hour and 19
minutes and I genuinely think that the
reason why it took me that long was
because of the shoes one lack of good
music two three my headphones ended up
dying so if you guys have any good
running playlist music Runner playlist
music please send it to me because I
wanted to like rip my hair out at that
point like I went through so many
Spotify playlists I was like running and
like I kept pulling my phone out of my
runner’s belt which by the way this belt
is incredible it’s incredible but it’s
very annoying with the phone situation
cuz it’s hard to pull it out but for
like key for Keys wallet whatever else
you need I love it and it like stayed on
the whole time yeah I need to figure out
the music situation I think I need to
like find or not find but like yeah find
good music that I like and create myself
a playlist because all of the playlists
that I were was listening to were
terrible and I was very annoyed by that
I feel like it kind of Killed My Vibe
but anyways I did the eight miles and
honestly I didn’t think that I was going
to do it I literally ran from Santa
Monica to the Pacific Palisades towards
Venice and then back to Santa Monica so
it was a nice long run I’m very proud
anyways I had to stop by Target to pick
up a a water so I picked up like a big
one of these I’ve been catching up on
all of Laura Mam’s YouTube videos and I
just I had to do it I had to do it I
used to be obsessed with this and I
stopped buying it because I can like I’m
fine with dairy and I drink regular
Dairy all the time plus this has like
sunflower oil and I try to stay away
from anything with like additives
but I just had to do it I’m always like
influenced by people that I really
really like watching maybe when I go to
Whole Foods I’ll pick up like a
healthier creamer not not that there’s
anything like wrong with this one I mean
I have protein bars with sunflower oil
in them all the time but
anyways I got a couple of
packages I really really wanted to go I
want to air want to get lunch today I
had such a good lunch I had salmon
Japanese sweet potato purple yam and
they were so good I’ve never had Ys
before but they were delicious they tast
like a regular to um anyways I really
wanted to go back there to get the Haley
Bieber soft serve but it’s 7:30 right
now I still haven’t showered I still
have some work I need to do so maybe
I’ll go tomorrow I hope it’s still there
tomorrow uh I got some touring this is
going to be part of my
preworkout stock can you even see that
what is wrong with this camera what
whatever it’s just Thorn basic B complex
at Whole Food I got fresh bread I’m
going to have avocado and egg salad I
think for dinner and then I got these
meat The Source banana chocolate fudge
Bliss balls that were absolutely
incredible like so freaking good I I
saved this so that I could recreate the
recipe I got a venison stick I actually
really want to get like ground
venison but I didn’t because I went to a
coffee shop after so I’ll have to get
some and then I got another one of these
utility drinks I really like these
they’re for Focus they have like
magnesium gly glycinate and um alanine
Alpha GBC like all of this good stuff in
it the only thing is is that it has a
bad form of potassium in it but it’s
whatever and then I got my favorite
cereal but it was kind of dumb because I
need to go to Whole Foods and get my
favorite milk because I’m basically out
so that was kind of dumb anyways next
next up we got some delicious this is
perfection since I went on such a long
run we’ve got element watermelon salt
electrolyte drink mix I’m so zero sugar
this is perfection I’m going to make
this literally right now I’m so excited
to try this out I’m going to make this
and hop in the

wow this flavor is
insane highly recommend all right I just
showered I feel so good I feel so so so
so just I love running I love being
outside I love all of it it feels so
good so I was going through the
element like little booklet that they
give you and there are so many any
flavors that seem interesting I think I
want to try another one there’s uh I
think mango and raspberry that sounds
really intriguing to me so I think I’m
going to order some more why not or
maybe they have a sampler I’m going to
have some more water honestly and this
time I’m going to do my Keon aminos just
for
um recovery purposes like I said I don’t
want you know to not I don’t want to SA
sacrifice the quality of my workout
tomorrow this is my first time trying
element so I’m not sure exactly how I’m
going to feel but I’ve had what’s in
here oh no that’s gross this thing was
dirty like I said this is my first time
trying elements so I’m not sure how I’m
going to feel on it but I’ve had the
Keon Amino so many times and I know that
it’s amazing with recovery and store
muscles so what I
did after my shower is I
rubbed this topical magnesium that I
that I bought from Whole Foods all over
my legs kind of like all over my stomach
just because like when you’re running
you know you’re kind of like twisting
your torso so I don’t want to be too
sore uh but the topical magnesium is
incredible so that’s definitely going to
help out with the soreness as well so I
just rubbed all of that all over me I
should feel phenomenal tomorrow I’m
going to put some ice in
here I’m going to make my little
avocado and egg
salad put this in here so that it
doesn’t get dirty again that was kind of
gross but it’s just
like that that
happened sometimes when the dishwasher
is
running like stuff will come out of the
sink for whatever reason
anyways probably going to wake up early
tomorrow and get some more work done
the salad is
incredible ice is amazing in the morning

I made my Keon sleepy time drink and I’m
having some airan chocolate and I have
the bachelor playing and it’s very
dramatic and very emotional uh this is
so good I this is my first time buying
like aan Brand chocolate and I am just
iness it’s so good I really want to try
the other ones I know that there’s a
hazelnut one as well so it’s a great
night I want to go back there tomorrow
and get the hilly Bieber off Ser did I
already say
that so
good I’m going to end this Vlog here so
I could start a new one because they’re
