Vegetable Quinoa Nourishing Bowl Tutorial | Healthy Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes!

Quinoa is an excellent food source for vegetarians and vegans. This dish, alongside vegetables, is very nutritious and delicious, packed with protein. Be sure to try it and enjoy every bite. Bon appétit!

Ingredients for cooking quinoa and vegetables:

1 cup quinoa
1 large onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
Cumin powder
Turmeric
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Coriander powder
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 + 1/2 cups water or vegetable broth
3 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup green beans
1 cup green peas

Cooking instructions for quinoa and vegetables:

1. Rinse the quinoa and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
2. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in olive oil until golden brown.
3. Add the spices.
4. Add carrots and green beans, then quinoa, and then add water or vegetable broth.
5. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.

Finally, add baby spinach, walnuts, a little oil, chopped parsley, and fresh lemon juice.
